To look for aid:

Accounts of e-mail. It is not connected with the servant


· Make sure to have formed his account MGP of the way correctly deciphers in the previous point. (In Outlook Express this is in Tools/Tools, Accounts/Accounts, and soon clickeando to see the properties of the selected account).

· Its domain makes sure already that this registered and/or delegated our servants DNS.

· It is probable that servants DNS (system of names of domains) of their supplier of Internet, are not working correctly and/or does not have updated the correct data corresponding to the name of its domain. Reason why it will have to wait, if one is a temporary problem of his supplier of Internet, or to communicate with dpto. technician of its supplier of the service of connection to Internet. Meanwhile, it can unload and/or send messages placing in the Servants (in the properties of the mail account that has the disadvantage) the name of the mail servant direction IP of the servant (in case of not counting please on this data, to communicate with ours dpto of services to the client) for both services MGP and smtp (incoming mail and salient mail).

· Working correctly makes sure that its connection to Internet this.
